St. Filipino’s Church
July 15, 2002 | Category: blog, old website posts
This was my like fifth time going to St. Michael’s, and it’s funny how it’s filipino dominated. I don’t mean to diss the church or anything, but you know, when you’re going somewhere new or experiencing something new or whatever you tend to observe things and have certain criticisms or what not. My family doesn’t really go to church much anymore, with the exception of holidays. I know you’re suppose to pray when you’re kneeling on that padded thing or whatever after you eat the tortilla and drink the wine (I don’t, I never took my confirmation/communion thing, whichever is required), but I was instead contemplating about how it’s weird that different people worship different gods and religion and such. Then I was looking at those stained glass window things and admiring them. They’re pretty tight. We made one of those (sorta kinda anyway), in Mr. Strukel’s art class last year (or is it still considered this year?). Mmm…hungry. Disclaimer page up.
