More Than Meets The Eye

I have no idea why I didn’t keep an eye on this, but I let it slip out of my mind. I first was aware of DreamWave productions producing another Transformers comic book/toy-line and a re-creation of the G1 line months and months wayy back. I stumbled across this startlin info through Google or something when I was looking for a picture of Soundwave. Anyway…the comic books are already up to #6, and I’ve only managed to get 2 out of the 6. My brother is collecting the toys for the Transformers Armada line and the Robots in Disguise (which airs on FOX Kids). I’m hoping they’re going to make a trade paperback which contains like issues 1-6 or however far they go. Feels funny getting back into comics again…I think my brother started up on this ever since I put all of the original G1 Transformers episodes on VCD and set them out next to our DVDs. He watched them almost every morning before Three’s Company. So yeah…anyone who is or was into Transformers should take a peek at this stuff…stunning artwork. Oh yeah, and they’ve revived the G.I. Joe series on Image comics also. Crazy shit huh. I want to collect those too…but then again I never really watched G.I. Joe as kid that much…love the movie though.
