SOCOM 3 is not as good as SOCOM 2

Update: Oh, so you need to give them your credit card in order to play created rooms/games and have a friends list. Sucky.

I’m really hating the fact that Zipper added 32 players total to SOCOM 3 rather than the 16 that was in SOCOM 2. It’s a lot harder to keep track of who’s alive and the end round stats are laughable. I only look at the top 3 (and my own screenname which is easydoesit - add me!). I was curious as to why it keeps asking me for credit card information also… apparently you can only create/join custom games by doing that “to keep the kids out” as one dude said to me when I inquired. My brother is busy playing Shadow of the Colossus on the big screen because “it looks real”. At first the game was pretty awe-inspiring, but then going solo riding these giants gets boring. Playing all these new games really makes me miss playing the classics like Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Super Metroid, etc. And I only mentioned a few Super Nintendo games. I’m trying to re-create the Nintendo experience through emulation but this computer joypad just doesn’t feel the same. (At least you don’t have to blow at the cartridge haha)

Cartman is not big boned

You know how Cartman from South Park used to say “I’m not fat, I’m just big boned.” (I don’t watch that show anymore so I don’t know if he still says it) Well Dr. Edward Langston, a family doctor in Lafayette, Ind., and member of the board of trustees at the American Medical Association says “Big bones have nothing to do with it. If you say, ‘All my people have been big,’ then all your people have been eating poorly.”
I laughed when I read this. All my people laugh when they read this.

Update: I was just searching for pictures of Cartman to put alongside this post and I got this weird ass result from Google.
