Myth: Eating chocolate or junk foods causes acne or makes it worse.
Fact: Acne is a hormonal problem. No food, including chocolate, can cause it.

Myth: Mothers who smoke should formula-feed, not breast-feed, their babies.
Fact: Wrong! If you’re a smoker and can’t or won’t quit, it’s better to breast-feed than to formula-feed your baby. Breast milk more effectively protects an infant’s lungs against the smoke than does the formula.

Myth: Cracking your knuckles (or other joints) will give you arthritis.
Fact: Cracking your joints does no damage and, in fact, protects them against arthritis. Cracking a joint may reduce the space within it and results, at least temporarily, in a greater range of motion and flexibility.
