So the story is that some paparazzi dude snapped some pictures of Jennifer Anniston in her backyard or whatever topless. Anniston then goes crazy and gets her lawyers to slap the photographer with a lawsuit for ‘invasion of privacy’ and threatening to sue any magazine that publishes the photos.

In an interview with ABC News Radio, evil paparazzi photographer Peter Brandt said these things:

She’s the one who went out there topless, Brandt said. I didn’t go looking for it. When I saw her come out topless, I go, ‘Oh, God, this is not what I want, this is not what people want to buy anyway.’ I did not trespass…She exposed herself to everybody in the neighborhood. I happened to have a camera, so I wouldn’t have had a problem.

So Mr. Brandt claims [he] “didn’t go looking for it.” I suspect he was just minding his own business outside out of Jennifer Anniston’s home and he spots her topless in her backyard… oh, and he so happened to have a pro camera which can zoom in like crazy and was able to snap those shots. He didn’t really want to take them, I mean, the American public do not want to see Jennifer Anniston’s boobies. Haha. Paparazzi are stupid.
