With the (somewhat) long weekend ahead for July 4th, here’s some stuff I had bookmarked:

YouTube user DiggUser has all our favorite cartoons from the 80’s! Shows like C.O.P.S., Captain N: Game Master, Care Bears, Darkwing Duck, David the Gnome, Ducktales, Flintstones, etc. Okay… some of those weren’t from the 1980’s, but they are still classics in my opinion. The 25 most controversial moves ever from Entertainment Weekly. Aladdin (yeah, that Disney cartoon) is in at 25… wtf?

One of the reasons MySpace was started up was to promote bands (Tom being a musician himself). But this story about how this band was offered a contract is ridiculous (and makes you wonder, how come Tila Tequila/Nguyen hasn’t gotten a deal?)

List of TV channels you can watch on the Internet. For example, the big networks like ABC, ESPN, but there are also specific channels such as Movies, Sci-Fi, Poker, etc.

    Youtube is great…not a big Care Bears fan, but you can get all sorts of shows from the 80’s.
