UPDATED AUGUST 02! The Daily Aztec’s Wednesday, July 31st issue validated my assumption about Veronica Mars being on campus (they will be filming throughout the upcoming Fall semester).
On Monday around 9:30 AM past 11:30 AM at San Diego State University’s W parking lot (located right next to Parking Structure 4 nearest West Commons) were all these trailers and barricades blocking that lot. There was this black dude chilling in a chair who kept looking at me as I drove by reading the sign that said, “V MARS.”
He probably was security but he sure didn’t act like it. On my way home I went down the same way and there he was again, just staring. It must be my rims, shining so clean in his grill, or my candy red paint job, even though I’m ridin’ a Civic - and not a Chevy.
I assumed they were perhaps filming for an episode of Veronica Mars or something, since they have done so previously. I was going to ask some colleagues in my summer class but I totally forgot once I got in since the Professor handed us back our tests.
