A UCLA student was using a computer in the library. During a routine security check he was unable to produce his ID. This led to him being tased and handcuffed.

at first they were but they reported it the the UCPD and thats when they came.
i dont know why everyone is angry with the police. I honestly am irritated at the loser who was resisting the arrest. He dug his grave.
