Back from the weekend trip to Vegas. It turned out great. Tao & Body English are nice clubs, though Tao was ridiculously crowded (Jay-Z performed the next night).
You weren’t allowed to take pictures of them, but there were these girls naked in bathtubs along the entrance except for a few well placed rose petals.
Got back home in time to watch some of the 2nd half of the Chargers/Broncos game… good stuff. What was even better was the Live Interviews that Jim Stone did with Igor “Super-Human Strength” Olshansky. Olshansky apologized for his actions against the Denver Broncos defensive lineman (follow the incident through the Chargers forums here).
It almost cost them the game… Olshansky goes on to say during the interview about how Denver is a bunch of “wussies” and calls out the League by saying how don’t you wonder how Denver always produces 100-yard backs? It’s because of their scheme which allows their lineman to hold and the refs don’t call it.
Yikes… there goes his $$$.
Nonetheless, Denver being a dirty team playing dirty tactics is nothing new - players, sports commentators, etc. have let it out there and it’s already widely known.
My buddy Mike has a decent video made by a fan showcasing last years San Diego Chargers defense. The soundtrack is horrendous (Fall Down Boy or some crap…) but the end is bittersweet (Hint: it involves Eli’s brother).
