I know Kaiser Permanente gets a bad rep for whatever reasons (I don’t know since I was lucky to be a dependent in a military family) and I was excited to get my I.D. card from them as I am switching over to them from Blue Cross. But lo and behold I take out my card from the mail and they spell my last name wrong. Changed a T to a J. WTF.
AND… I can’t even register for member services on their website because their records say I am no longer a member. WTF. I can’t even request for them to fix the misspelling because it was my employers fault. In any case, it would take 10-15 business days. Why so long?
Bleh… all of this nuisances coming along waaaay too soon. At least I get their benefits free of charge.
